Frequently asked questions
What is this blog all about?
The Journey To E-Dollars is a blog that explains the neccessary in the journey to make money online. It provides answers to questions like, "I wanted to start an online business, but where do i start?", "How do i create an e-book?", "How do i set up a website with no cost?", "How do i build an e-commerce database driven website?", "What is SSL?", "How do i add an opt-in form and what is it for?", "How does a server work?", "How does a browser work?", "What is an autoresponder and how does it work?", "I don't know much about e-commerce, what steps should i take now in order to start earning my first online dollars?","How does client side scripting and server side scripting work hand-in-hand? Can you provide me an example in codes?". In short, this blog is anything that is related to earning income online, from technical to marketing. It brigdes the technical gap, so that you know how to put your thoughts into words, subsequently your words into a website(and its relevant web applications) and finally turning the website into a money making machine! Exactly, that's the direction i'm talking about!
Why do you want to start this kind of blog?
I think it comes down to 3 main reasons. First, I always like to put my thoughts down in words. Second, i spend most of my time at home. Third, a lot of questions on the subject of online money making went unanswered. Most of these unanswered questions are technical questions. I mean, what is the use of a great super duper online money making idea without the required technical part of the equation to support it? In layman term, what is the use if you have a dvd, but you don't have the dvd player?
Who is Ken?
I am! I’m a 24 year old who have been a freelance diy web programmer for about 4 years. I have a great passion in creating and modifying web applications. My main skills are in using HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript for client-side solutions, and for server-side solutions I work better with PHP and MySQL. My background is in accounting (but please don't find me if you have accounting related questions!). You'll learn more about me over time.
I have a question. Where can i reach you?
